Refund & Return Policy

At Quick Hire Group, we are committed to delivering reliable equipment and machinery hire services tailored to meet the needs of your project. Due to the nature of our industry, once equipment has been dispatched or used on-site, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Advance Payments & Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your booking before our equipment has been dispatched for delivery, we will provide a 50% refund of your advance payment. This covers administrative and scheduling costs associated with preparing your order.

No Refunds After Dispatch

Once machinery or vehicles have left our premises or are en route to your site, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the equipment is used or not. This is standard practice in the industry due to the mobilisation costs, time allocations, and scheduling involved in preparing and transporting heavy machinery.

Changes to Bookings

If you need to modify your booking (e.g., change dates or equipment type), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and operational considerations.
